Information about cancellations, refunds and service delivery for Bold North Agency services.
Website Growth Deep Dive
The Website Growth Deep Dive is a tailored professional service prepared specifically for your business, website and wider online presence.
Refund or cancellation requests should be made within 14 days of purchase.
If work has not yet started, we will normally provide a full refund to the original payment method.
Please contact hello@boldnorthagency.uk as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
Once Work Has Started
Because the Website Growth Deep Dive involves bespoke research, analysis and professional time, refunds are not normally available for work that has already been completed.
Where applicable consumer cancellation rights apply and you ask us to begin work during the 14-day cancellation period, you may be responsible for the value of work already completed.
If the service has been fully completed during that period following your request for work to begin, your right to cancel may no longer apply, subject to applicable UK law.
Business Customers
The Website Growth Deep Dive is primarily intended for businesses.
Where you are purchasing the service wholly or mainly for business purposes, statutory consumer cooling-off rights may not apply.
This does not affect any other rights you may have under the agreement or applicable law.
If We Cannot Complete the Service
If Bold North Agency cannot provide the service you purchased, we will offer either:

Digital Reports and Deliverables
Reports, recommendations, research and other digital deliverables are prepared specifically for the purchasing customer.
Once the agreed audit and associated deliverables have been completed and supplied, the service will normally be considered fulfilled.
30-Minute Review Call
The Website Growth Deep Dive includes a 30-minute review call.
If you cannot attend your booked call, please use the booking link provided to reschedule.
Missing or cancelling the review call does not automatically entitle you to a refund where the audit and associated work have already been completed.
£100 Project Credit
Continue with a larger Bold North Agency project within 60 days of purchasing your Website Growth Deep Dive and we will apply £100 credit towards that project.

Problems With Your Service
If you believe there is a problem with your Deep Dive or the service provided does not match what was agreed, please contact us so we can investigate.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Processing times after a refund has been issued depend on your bank or payment provider.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UK law.
