The terms that apply when purchasing or using services provided by Bold North Agency.

The exact scope of work will depend on the service purchased or the proposal agreed with you.
Where a written proposal, quotation, order confirmation or service description is provided, that document forms part of the agreement between you and Bold North Agency.
We will provide the services with reasonable care and skill.
3. Website Growth Deep Dive
The Website Growth Deep Dive is a tailored professional review of your website and wider online presence.
Depending on the business and website being reviewed, this may include areas such as:

The Deep Dive includes an expert review, prioritised recommendations, an action plan and a 30-minute review call.
4. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required before work begins.
The Website Growth Deep Dive is currently priced at £199 as a one-time payment.
Bold North Agency is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not added to this price.
Payment may be processed using a third-party payment provider such as Stripe.
You are responsible for ensuring that the payment and contact information you provide is accurate.
5. UK Availability
The Website Growth Deep Dive is currently available to businesses based in the United Kingdom.
Bold North Agency may refuse or cancel an order where the service has been purchased by a business outside the supported service area.
Where payment has been taken and the service cannot be provided because the customer is not eligible, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Starting Work
Work may begin after payment has been received and the information required to complete the service has been provided.
You agree to provide accurate and sufficient information about your business, website and online presence where reasonably required.
Delays in providing requested information may delay delivery.
7. Delivery
Digital reports, recommendations and other deliverables will normally be provided electronically.
For the Website Growth Deep Dive, the completed report or relevant deliverables will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
Any stated delivery or turnaround time is an estimate unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Review Calls
Where a service includes a review or consultation call, you will be provided with a method to book the call.
If you cannot attend, you should reschedule using the booking system provided.
A missed review call does not automatically entitle you to a refund where the underlying service has already been completed.
9. £100 Project Credit
Where stated as part of the Website Growth Deep Dive offer, customers who proceed with an eligible larger Bold North Agency project within 60 days of purchasing the Deep Dive may receive £100 credit towards that project.

10. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Where work has not yet started, a cancellation may qualify for a refund.
Where bespoke work, research, analysis or service delivery has already started or been completed, refunds may be limited or unavailable, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms affects rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Bold North Agency provides professional advice, analysis and recommendations based on the information available at the time of the review.
We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, lead volumes, revenue increases, AI visibility or other commercial results.
Search engines, AI platforms, advertising platforms, social networks and third-party services may change their systems, algorithms and policies without notice.
Recommendations are therefore provided as professional guidance, not as a guarantee of a particular outcome.
13. Third-Party Services
Our services may reference or interact with third-party platforms such as Google, Stripe, Shopify, Webflow, social media platforms, analytics services or SEO tools.
Bold North Agency is not responsible for the availability, policies, pricing, algorithms or performance of third-party services.
14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Bold North Agency retains ownership of its underlying methods, processes, templates, systems, know-how and reusable materials.
Once full payment has been received, you may use the final reports, recommendations and deliverables supplied specifically for your business for your internal business purposes.
You may not resell, reproduce commercially or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.
15. Confidentiality
Both parties should treat confidential business information received during the engagement as confidential.
Bold North Agency will not intentionally disclose confidential customer information to third parties except where required to provide the service, comply with the law or use an authorised service provider.
16. Data Protection
Personal information is handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy.
Where third-party services are used to provide the service, information may also be processed in accordance with those providers' own privacy terms.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bold North Agency will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity or losses caused by third-party platforms or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
For business customers, where liability can legally be limited, our total liability relating to a specific service will not normally exceed the amount paid to Bold North Agency for that service.
